Refund policy

We want you to be happy with our product! We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return.

 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please contact us at support@youryuckies.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds do not include original shipping costs. Returns must be shipped at sender's expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.
